December 14, 2008 (Hawaii): We started early the next morning (up at 5:00 a.m. & checked out by 6:15 a.m.) so we could cram in all the sites we wanted to see. First...the Hawaii temple.

Did you get a Christmas card from Terri or a Post Card from Amy? Here's where we mailed them early Sunday morning.
Then we vistied "Temple Beach" and enjoyed the sound of the
waves crashing up on the shore...
...digging our toes in the sand...
...and getting our feet a bit wet in the ocean.
We took a drive around the North part of the island and then
down through the middle, past pineapple fields.
And stopped for a good walk in the sunshine along a beach near Wikiki.
Before boarding the plane bound for Manila...an 11 hour flight!
See you on the flip side--or maybe I should say "Filipino Side"!!!
